Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand and subject to change without notice. Prices displayed in-store or quoted verbally take precedence over online pricing.

What Happens If a Colour Match Isn’t Exact?

While we use computer colour-matching technology and experienced staff to achieve the closest possible match, minor variance can occur due to surface condition, lighting, prior fading, or application method. We recommend a test patch before full application. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

Returns & Exchanges

Unopened, unmixed stock products may be returned within a reasonable period with proof of purchase, subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA). Custom colour-matched or mixed paint cannot be returned or exchanged, as it is made to order for the customer.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a trade account has been arranged in advance.

Warranty

Products are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranty (Plascon, U-POL, Paintchem, 3M, Sika) where applicable. Ballito Auto Paints does not extend warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
